Rihanna covered up in a baby blue hooded sweatshirt and bared her legs as she stepped out of her Midtown Manhattan hotel on Saturday afternoon.

Taking advantage of the Big Apple’s retail therapy opportunities, Ri-Ri hit up stores like Steve Madden and H&M for some new duds earlier in the day.

On Sunday, Rihanna was M.I.A. from the 2009 BET Awards but she did pick up the BET Awards for Beautiful Hair and Viewer’s Choice (for her music video for “Live Your Life” with T.I.).
