Winehouse ‘adopts flea-ridden stray dogs’

    Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has infuriated management of the St Lucian resort where she is living after she insisted on bringing home flea-ridden stray dogs.
    Winehouse, 25, who adopted several stray dogs she found on the beach in St Lucia, has worried resort managers, who have insisted on having her villa cleaned, as they fear the pooches could be carrying diseases.

Billy Mays Likely Died Of Pulmonary Embolism, Coroner Says

    While it is only a preliminary result, the Tampa Bay medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Billy Mays has said at a press conference on Monday, that evidence of heart disease likely explain the Pitchmen star’s sudden passing.The unofficial cause of death is being called a pulmonary embolism, due to an enlarged heart. Previous rumors that he may have died due to injuries from what is being called a ‘rough landing’ on a US Airways fight this weekend, where Mays claimed to have hit his head, appear to have been unfounded.  The coroner found there was no evidence of head trauma, nor any other internal or external injuries.

Kirk Douglas expresses grief over Jackson, Fawcett loss

    Film producer Kirk Douglas has expressed grief over the death of Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett, and also said that it reminded him of his son Eric who died at the age of 46.
    Douglas wrote on his MySpace blog, “This has been a sad week. We don”t like to think about it, but we all know that someday we will die. But, when someone dies young it makes us think about the preciousness of life,” Contactmusic reports.
